Enamel Fish Poacher with Steel Lifter

194o’s style enamel piece. Perfect for a speckled trout. Fits over two burners or in the oven. While the fish is lightly simmering in white wine, whisk together some yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper. Dinner is served.
